It's just about that time of year again, when the beekeepers of the family put all the rest of us to work with harvesting / extracting the honey. And oh my, it is some seriously good stuff.
This past weekend we extracted a little bit of honey, but not all the honey is capped yet, which means the honey is not ready for extraction.
Still, I took some pics and wrote about the honey extraction process.
